Privacy Policy

Our promise

Privacy is not a footnote at Riano Studio, it is part of the service. We never share, sell, rent, license, publish or hand over your recordings, your footage, your audio, your unreleased ideas or your personal information to any outside party. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to other clients, and not as portfolio work unless you give us written permission first.

What we collect

• •Booking details you give us: name, email, phone, preferred date and time, package interest and any notes you write.
• •Your recorded material: video, audio and project files created during your session.
• •Basic, aggregated website analytics so we know which pages are useful. This does not identify you personally.

We do not collect more than we need, and we never ask for payment card numbers by email or over the phone.

How we use it

Your booking information is used only to respond to your request, schedule your session, deliver your files and invoice you. Your recordings are used only to produce the deliverables in your package. That is the entire list.

We never share your work

Your footage never leaves our production workflow. We do not post clips of your session on social media, we do not use your episode in our marketing, we do not show your material to other clients, and we do not submit it to any third party platform on your behalf. If we ever want to feature your work, we ask you first and we accept no as a complete answer.

Who can access your files

Access is limited to the small Riano Studio team directly assigned to your project. Files are stored on access controlled systems, transferred through private delivery links, and are never left on shared or public storage. Any service provider we rely on for storage or scheduling is bound to keep your data confidential and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Project files are archived for 60 days after final delivery so we can resend anything you lose, unless you have an active monthly partnership, in which case we keep your library for the life of the engagement. You can ask us to delete your recordings and your contact details at any time and we will do it, permanently, and confirm in writing.

Confidentiality before you book

Anything you tell us while planning a show, including concepts, guest lists, brand plans and launch dates, is treated as confidential from the first conversation, with or without a signed agreement. We are happy to sign your NDA on request.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, request corrections, or request deletion. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time at no charge.
