Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms apply to every booking made with Riano Studio ("we", "us", "the studio") by any client ("you"). By submitting a booking request, paying an invoice, or recording in the studio, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and confirmation
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a reservation. Your date and time are not held until we confirm availability in writing and payment is received. We normally respond within one business day with a confirmation and a secure payment link.
3. Packages and what is included
The Session
2 hours of recording (plus 10 to 15 minutes of setup)
- •2 hours of raw recording time, setup time not included
- •Use the time however you want: podcast episodes, ads, raw footage
- •Your dedicated engineer in the room guiding the session
- •Three-camera + broadcast-audio capture
- •Raw files delivered to you after the session
The Series
Roughly 8 hours of recording across two studio days
- •Four podcast episodes recorded across two studio days (up to four guests)
- •Roughly 8 hours of studio recording time in total
- •Everything in The Session
- •Full long-form edit of each episode, cut, polished, delivered
- •No short-form clips in this tier
The Studio Partner
Four episodes per month across two studio days
- •Four episodes per month, recorded across two studio days
- •A professional audio engineer for every session
- •Full long-form edit of every episode
- •Short-form clips for social, cut, captioned, ready to post
- •Titles, custom graphics, and a done-for-you social system
Anything not listed in your package is out of scope. Additional recording time, additional episodes, extra edits, extra clips, graphics, travel or location work are quoted separately and must be agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Studio time
Session time begins at your scheduled start time, whether or not you have arrived. Setup of roughly 10 to 15 minutes is provided in addition to your recording time. If you run past your booked time and the room is available, overtime is billed in 30 minute increments at our then current rate. Please arrive on time so your full session can be used.
5. Payment
One time packages are paid in full before the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Studio Partner package is billed monthly in advance and continues until either party cancels with at least 30 days written notice before the next billing date. Unpaid balances may pause delivery of files and future sessions.
6. Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule once at no cost with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session are refundable less any production work already completed. Cancellations inside 72 hours, and no shows, are non refundable because the room and crew were held for you.
7. Deliverables and revisions
Raw files are delivered after the session for packages that include them. Edited long form episodes and short form clips are delivered on the timeline agreed at booking. Each edited deliverable includes one round of reasonable revisions. Further revisions are billed at our standard editing rate. Please download and back up your files promptly; we archive project files for 60 days after delivery unless you have an active monthly partnership.
8. Ownership and content
You own your recorded content and the finished deliverables once payment is complete. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions for everything you record, including guests, music and any third party material, and that your content is lawful. We never share, sell, publish or repurpose your footage or audio without your written permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Conduct and the space
Please treat the studio, equipment and set with care. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests. We may end a session without refund for unsafe, abusive or unlawful behavior, or for being under the influence in a way that prevents the session from running safely.
10. Liability
In the rare event of an equipment failure or technical issue on our side, our liability is limited to rerecording the affected material or refunding the amount you paid for that session, at our discretion. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue or missed publishing dates.
